THE FREE RANGE Quaranteam RECORDINGS

THE FREE RANGE QUARANTEAM RECORDINGS

MONDAY APRIL 13 SESSION

Theme: “Tapping into creativity, inspiration (and joy) even when times aren’t perfect”.

Here I share 10 ‘free range thinking’ principles on creativity and inspiration (20:00), we talk about the conflicting feelings people have been having at this time, quickly look one of my favourite tools for taking action as you – and we end on an uplifting note with my friend Sarah Weiler (70:00) leading an optional dance session (see it at 76:00!).

MONDAY APRIL 20 SESSION

Theme: “What season are you in? Finding clarity among the noise by knowing which ‘season’  you are in – a special session for people who are running their own business/project”

Here we talk through the Seasons of business (and more!) around 21:30 👀, Selina comes in at 38:30, there’s questions and answers and free range chat in between it all (and I share briefly about my A-Team mastermind – which is starting soon, and a few people have been asking about – right at the end around 1:25:10)

MONDAY APRIL 27 SESSION

“Open session” – this session had no overriding topic or presentation from Marianne, and instead was a chance to share, ask qs – and includes special guest interviews with Samantha Clarke (free range grad and author of Love It or Leave It) and Brett Gajda (of the Where There’s Smoke podcast, talking about “control” and what we can do when we need it but don’t have it).

MONDAY MAY 11 SESSION

“Resilience”. Here your host and Free Range Humans founder Marianne Cantwell is joined by Olympian Sarah Wells (founder of the Believe Initiative) who shares her story about Resilience.

In this high energy session we also talk about what it means to be resilient, and share some tools we can all use!

MONDAY MAY 25 SESSION

A rather personal free range session where your host Marianne Cantwell is joined by her fiancée (and even more extroverted half) to talk relationships (and share 3 communication tools that are super helpful in this time!)

THURSDAY JUNE 11 SESSION

In this last Quaranteam session we are joined by Mya Wilson (a leadership coach trained in emotional intelligence and neuroscience principles) to talk about how white people can show up and navigate race and more at this time.

Mya shares her experiences as a black woman and how to use emotional intelligence principles to show up in a helpful way (without getting overwhelmed / feeling like you have to ‘be all the things’!)

Note the resources page we share in this session can be found here (along with a link to Mya).

That’s it for the Quaranteam sessions but there is more coming up in Free Range Land in 2020! If you’re not on the email list yet, drop your name here to be the first to hear:
